Measure from one inside edge of the opening to the opposite inside edge.

Use length for a floor opening and height for a wall or ceiling opening.

Can Airwinks make every custom vent size?
No. Every request is reviewed for manufacturing feasibility. Airwinks confirms whether the requested size and application can proceed before a purchase is arranged.
Should I measure the duct opening or the old cover?
Measure the inside duct opening after removing the existing cover. You may also provide the outside dimensions of the old cover as additional information, but those dimensions should not replace the opening measurement.
What measurement format should I use?
Use width x length for a floor opening and width x height for a wall or ceiling opening. Submit measurements in inches and include fractions when needed.
What finishes are available for custom requests?
Eligible floor vent requests may be reviewed in Sandtex Black or Sandtex White. Wall and ceiling vent requests are reviewed in white.
Does submitting the form place an order?
No. The form starts a review only. When the request is feasible, Airwinks provides availability, price, lead time and purchase instructions separately.
How can I send photos or drawings?
Add an accessible share link in the form, or email the files to info@airwinks.com after submitting. Include the same name and email address used in the request.
Can a custom vent cover be returned?
Return eligibility depends on the current Refund Policy and any terms provided with the quotation. Review those terms before approving a custom purchase.
